Well, with all these Greek gods and other mythological characters becoming the latest trend in Hollywood (which is much better then watching the vampiremania), why not have a piggish mythical hero? According to "Pajiba", Dreamworks Animation has offered Barry Sonnenfeld the helm behind "Pig Scrolls". This project will be an adaptation of Paul Shipton's novel which follows a talking pig and his attempts to save the world. Taking place in Ancient Greece, the book makes a lot of references to Greek mythology and it includes all of the major Greek gods, as well as some minor deities. In Dreamwork's version, the fate of the world, and of the Gods, will center on that talking piggy.
In case "Pig Scrolls" scores success at the box office Dreamworks will do a sequel as well. Now, just how cute is that? :))
